Sample Meal Plan

Breakfast: 8:00 am-10:00 am

Toast, Jams and Jellies will always be served with breakfast.


Fresh Juice, Blue Mountain Coffee and fresh fruit.

Main entree:

Choice of Eggs. Omeletes Waffles Pancakes served with Bacon and/or Sausages.

Other Choices:

A real Jamaican Breakfast of Ackee, Calaloo and Johnny Cakes.

Lunch: 12:00 pm-1:00 pm

Light Lunch:

Jerk Chicken and Festival with Salad.


Fresh Fruits, Brownies and Blue Mountain Coffee.

Other Choices:

You may consider to create an elaborate seafood experience of: Steamed Fish, Bammy, and Rice and Peas.

Dinner: 6:00 pm-7:30 pm


Pepper Pot served with Bread or Salad

Main entree:

Curried Shrimp served with Calaloo, Fried Plantain and Rice and Peas.


Served with chilled White Wine


Caramel Custard, Ice Cream and Blue Mountain Coffee




On arrival the villa is prestocked with food and drinks to serve approximately two days. After a welcome drink or two and whatever light snacks you may call on, the evening meal will be served.
This starter meal has been used consistently for our guests and will be served unless otherwise instructed.

It is suggested for you to work out a menu plan with Kurline the day after you arrive and she will go to the local market and stock up on your groceries for the week. This is a very simple procedure as Kurline has had much experience in catering to visitors and has many recommendations to make your selection easy. Kurline will know what you would need for the week and brings back receipts to account for all your purchases.

Budget Estimate

Kitchen supplies are prepurchased to provide meals and drinks for the first 2 days. Please meet with Kurlene on your second day to complete the week's shopping At the end of the week, Kurlene presents all receipts to reconcile accounts for purchases.

  • approx $20 /day children
Shrimp, Lobster, Imported Beef and additional alcohol may increase your budget.

Pre Paying For Supplies

You may prepay for your groceries and have your kitchen stocked for when you arrive. Topping up your stock is always possible when you are at Seagrapes.To do this, simply calculate:
  • $300 /week /adult
  • $140 /week /child
Add $25 as a handling fee then add this figure to your villa rental fee. This payment is required 60 days prior to travel. There will be a form when you enter our "BOOKING" area for you to add:
  • preferences for your shopping list
  • specially desired meals - such as "Bacon and Eggs" each morning.
  • vegetarian requests
  • and other requests.
KURLINE will know what to purchase for guests. Jamaican and international menu.

The Beach Cafe

Only feet from the water and right at the base of the jetty, the Beach Café offers a great menu and serves as a popular lunchtime venue after a round of golf. Lunch is served daily at the Beach Café Terrace from 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM.


Experience a uniquely romantic dining experience at our Beach Gazebo with your own personal butler. Reservations must be made in advance and you may select from a diverse menu.

Beach Barbecue

Our popular beach barbecue is held on Wednesdays and is a treat for all ages featuring live entertainment 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM.

Dinner by the Sea

Come Friday night, it is back to the beach for a menu featuring seafood and a musical theme. Party begins at 7:30 PM.

The Great House Restaurant

If dining among friends and neighbours is more appealing, the Club offers several dining options, each with its own distinctive setting. Breakfast at the Great House is an invigorating way to start the day as the windows and doors are thrown outward to welcome the sea and morning breeze. Dinner at the Great House Terrace is an elegant candle-lit affair featuring international and Jamaican cuisine with breathtaking views – the lights of Montego Bay twinkling in the distance.

High tea is served daily in the Great House, and at night the bar is a lively gathering place. Weekly events, including a cocktail party hosted by the club's management and members and a beach barbecue highlights the social calendar.
