Breakfast: 8:00 am-10:00 am
Toast, Jams and Jellies will always be served with breakfast.
Starters:
Fresh Juice, Blue Mountain Coffee and fresh fruit.
Main entree:
Choice of Eggs. Omeletes Waffles Pancakes served with Bacon and/or Sausages.
Other Choices:
A real Jamaican Breakfast of Ackee, Calaloo and Johnny Cakes.
Lunch: 12:00 pm-1:00 pm
Light Lunch:
Jerk Chicken and Festival with Salad.
Dessert:
Fresh Fruits, Brownies and Blue Mountain Coffee.
Other Choices:
You may consider to create an elaborate seafood experience of: Steamed Fish, Bammy, and Rice and Peas.
Dinner: 6:00 pm-7:30 pm
Starters:
Pepper Pot served with Bread or Salad
Main entree:
Curried Shrimp served with Calaloo, Fried Plantain and Rice and Peas.
Wine:
Served with chilled White Wine
Dessert:
Caramel Custard, Ice Cream and Blue Mountain Coffee
