Terms
§ Villa rates are weekly.
§ Minimum stay is 4 nights during summer season and 7 nights during winter season.
§ There is a 10% surcharge on nightly rates less than one week.
§ Nightly rates are determined by dividing weekly rate by 7 and adding 10% surcharge.
o Rates include General Consumption Tax (GCT).
o Rates include full villa staff.(cook, housekeeper, laundress, butler/gardener)
o Rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD), current rates of exchange would apply
Deposit Policy:
All reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit.
During the Summer Season the balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
During the Winter Season the balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
We recommend that our guests take out insurance against the possibility of cancellation. The fees are as follows:
Summer: Cancellations over 30 days prior to arrival are 100% refundable. Cancellations between 7 and 30 days prior to arrival will result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
Winter: Cancellations over 60 days prior to arrival are 100% refundable. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
Christmas and New Years:
Cancellations are required prior to October 1st for full refund.
Last Minute Bookings:
Payment for bookings made less that 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full by credit card.
